Update: BlueChew or not, the burger bar with the big "O" appears to be prepped for a new tenant. And based on what I saw in the way of food goods, I doubt it has anything to do with a sales office here. So if anyone is looking for this project to get started may have to wait till pigs evolve wings and fly. Sorry, I think the market has spoken on this one.

...unless of course this dated retail building has nothing to do with this proposal.
