I don't think the new CIBC Park will be a public park either - and I think the one up at Sheraton is the same, with guaranteed public access as a condition for project approval at the time.

Nope, anyone can wander in. I work nearby and eat lunch there often. It's a nice little oasis.

That's one of the problems with these types of space - nominally open to public but not really by design and lack of knowledge.

Trackside:
A new set of columns were added last night marking the beginning of the third section of the elevated trackside park. My view is quickly becoming obstructed, but looking toward the north you may see a set of 3 isolated columns running east to west. At ground level, the new eastern column is directly north of the white pick-up truck
