I really dislike this trend of building envelopes being broken up by random disconnected systems. Beyond invariably looking like a mishmash, look at all those interfaces. I see leaks, everywhere

It's crazy how a poor spandrel colour selection can absolutely tank a project. Those profiled metal panels look good, but my eye is just immediately drawn to the messy window wall in between them. Was a dark brown back painted glass not an option?

Beyond that how could you not line up the shears with those profiled panels in a more skillful way? This is bananas incompetence or just complete lack of, to use a technical term, 'giving a shit'.

Ok yes it’s pretty ugly. I just started noticing it recently on my walks home. It stands out in the urban fabric of the area for using black and brown. So it gets a few points there from me. I’d rather “ugly different” than “ugly standard”

yea the smoked glass is helping.. if the balcony glass is also smoked it could look ok
