It feels like DIALOG hired the P+S/IBI Group multi-res design team in the mid-2000s, froze them in cryo-sleep chambers, and then un-froze them in the 2020's and unleashed their work on the city.

Past the site over a week ago and shoring rig is on site for the final phase for the site. A tower cane could be up in Q2 of 2025

December 27th photos - posts might get a little messy here since I flew a lot between boxing day and New Year's eve and flew over this site a couple of times on different days.

They are making difficult to get good shots of the hole at ground level since my last visited as they have installed a second set of fencing further back from the one around the hole.
They have about 15 more feed to excavate to get to bottom parking level of the first phase.

May should see construction start on the parking area as most of the area is now down to the bottom for it with the sidewall being smooth for the shale rock and the jackhammering to reduce the width of the ramp

I saw a crane in the area from the bus on the 403. Seeing as there doesn't seem to be any other projects in the area that are at this stage of construction, I assume its for this development.

This area is dead now until the market changes unless rental. There is 50 towers plan for this area over the next 20 year, if not more. The plaza next to this site will see towers down the road and the one on the south side of Eglinton will be gone in 20 or so years with most of the towers going there,
There are 2 cranes up now and the site been dead for months until they went up.
