This is on the southwest Corner of Lakeshore Road East and East Avenue in Mississauga's Lakeview area.

The developer is Peel Housing Corporation and the architect is RAW Design.

I thought affordable housing was a priority. Land is still vacant more than a year after site demolition and clearing. This is embarrassing.

There are two excavators parked just to the left of your photo but the line of trailers/containers may have blocked them from your view. But yes, I think the site has bottomed out and there might be the makings of a crane base around the ring of pylons.
