Proposed two-building neighbourhood commercial plaza with 1580sqm of retail/restaurant space at ground level and 1640sqm of office space on the second floor. The two buildings will be split by pedestrian mews and connected by a bridge on the second floor, which allows for more usable floor area since the second floor office space can share one entrance and elevator.

This plot of land was created by the realignment of Burloak Drive to meet Great Lakes Blvd, leaving an odd triangular lot.
