I keep seeing grey seats in the renderings. I asked this before but do not believe I got an answer, are they replacing all the seats?
 
And most of the upgrades are temporary? Such civic pride & cheapness keeps shining thru. Toronto’s fave word… TEMPORARY.
 
There will be 6 world cup games in Toronto. The city is spending north of $100M to get ready for this. Already way too much. There will be complaints about the stadium but the focus will be the games once they get going.
