This thing is a brutal reminder of how relatively 'human scaled' projects can still go terribly wrong. So much wasted potential there.

The architecture looks confused--it has clean, modern lines yet is accentuated with trim that looks historicist (the white stuff). The retaining walls in front look terrible, like Home Depot stuff circa 2005.
