It's a lovely spot. Lacks the pretension and debauchery of the King West clubs a few blocks away.

Looks like completion of this condo is deferred again to at least March 2028 as per this website. More time for Pennies!
No further progress on permits approval from the city. Only Demolition permit of the car rental business has been issued.
