this one is bland but I don't hate it. Next door, ugh. the only redeeming thing about Nautique is the marble on the ground floor, but it's completely ruined by the awful cladding on the second floor.

Sad to report but the marble cladding on the ground floor already got damaged on Nautique. Just posted a picture about it on the buildings forum! It’s pretty sad to see how cheap and easy to break the material is
