doesn't take long to build 9 floors.. 9-10 weeks.
Actually, this one has taken about 18 weeks to get this far from ground level.
Point towers can do a floor a week or so, but as this is a slab, it's typically going to take longer than a floor per week.

That there's a tasty little street wall. Well-massed, if I do say so.

Looks good to me. Wish we could ban black brick, though. It looks so cold.
The black looks great. A good change to all the red brick we have in the city. B.streets is exactly the kind of project I want to see spread out across the city.
