It’s not a looker but the location will make this building pretty popular. It reminds me of one Bedford

It's not really shown from Mr. Benito's position, but I think this building is about to top out from where I was looking this morning. Or least the floor they're working on now has a notably higher ceiling clearance than all the floors below it...unless I am reading that all wrong.

The slabs are the same thickness, they just have parapet edge walls of different heights.
