Ok.....comments:

1) I hate the lighting. That's unfortunate. I think HP did a nice job with the buildings here overall. Clearly they spent some dollars wisely..............but not on the lights.

They are high light pollution, so I don't like that. They are sterile and lack a design ethos worthy of the buildings. I also don't like the fixture placement. Its just off.

2) Also what is this ledge for? Pigeons? I mean human posteriors are not fitting on that depth......

The exposed, smooth concrete will also serve as a tempting target for taggers

Extensive discolouration is already evident, as seen in this @Rascacielo pic:

Fail on the Landscape Plan.
Remember landscape is NAK, not HPA.
 
Also had a mosey over to check out the landscaping. Project overall is the surprise smash hit of the year (of the boom?).

Though I share others' comment about some of the product spec choices on the landscape, here's one bit I appreciate: wrapping an exhaust grill with seating (but, yeah, who TH signed off on the placement of that lamp standard?):
