The Humber River Trail is my favourite in the city for cycling. It's fully paved from Steeles to Lake Ontario. There are just two relatively short gaps in the trail--one at Weston and one north of the Queensway, but the latter just takes you on some quiet residential streets. The city is currently expanding the path to eliminate the gap at Weston.
Next up is the Humber River Trail - Eglinton to Lawrence. Back to the mighty Humber River for this post. This walk marked my last walk of 2013 and I paid for it by way of a really bad cold, which is why I prefer to do these walks in the warmer weather. Anyway, I really enjoyed this section of the trail and how it blends the urban with mother nature perfectly.
