Next up is the Humber Bay Park East Trail along with the surrounding off road trails in the Humber Bay Park area. I really loved this section of my entire Humber Bay East walk. Walking so close to the lake on a hot summer day is my ideal walk. The butterfly habitat area is a nice short walk and leads to the off road trails, and then back again to the Waterfront Trail and eventually to the Humber Bay Arch Bridge. There were times that I really felt like I was in the country but then in the opening I would see the CN Tower, then nothing but bush and trail for a while more. The entire trail including the off road trails is a good hike and each section is unique to itself. Overall I would say that I really enjoyed this trail.
