The way I understand there’s a housing crisis, but need this place to be lived in by rich minimalists. Cuz the moment I see bikes and rusting bbq’s from Canadian Tire in those balconies….

A bit funny to me that the first piece of furniture ends up being a backyard bbq staple, definitely minimalist.

Buildings don’t pick their tenants! Gorgeous either way though

I’ve seen a handful of realtors and renters go through and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of love for the layouts.

Due software corruption, have to retag 500 photos putting behind schedule for uploading . A way lot more up on my site

Full size basketball court still being built. Good view of the Parliament Slip.

^I mean, it's the things that come out of the back end of them seem to be a concern here. But if it's any consolation to our columba lovers here, I have the same issue with dogs. >.<

With a building this opulent, one would hope that pigeon disincentives would include well placed flamethrowers. Just saying...
Edit/Clarification: Without beleaguering this further, I do want to state that I do not advocate harm to animals in this manner. Although, that should of been clear from the ridiculousness of what I was implying not to take it seriously, I probably should of made that more clearer. My apologies to anyone I've offended here. /bows

My thing is, where are the canoe rentals going? Don’t make me go over to the Parliament Slip thread to pull renderings
You are not going to see canoe rentals at the Parliament Street Slip until the slip gets fixed up and I would assume they would be on park (east) side not the Aqualuna side. Renderings are, well, renderings and seldom reflect final reality.
