Once the condominium is registered, Tridel would be dealing with the condo corporation rather than Great Gulf. Either way, Tridel is paying to have the camera set up on the building

If you look closely, you can see that the railing surrounding the ground floor has changed, and the shape of the towers' wavy balconies has also had some slight changes - especially at the top. The curvy windows have also been reduced in size with more curtain wall, and there is more curtain wall on the ground floor. Overall, they're pretty minor changes but I still think it's a downgrade.

I'm wondering which version is getting built.

Wow, that’s really orange. Very happy they went with a saturated copper vs a darker bronze. Between this and t3 bayside the area will be getting a good injection of warm toned buildings which is much needed.
