Are there plans for this (rather small) block??

Personal balconies to master bedroom suits? I dunno...someone will probably have to look at the floor plans to confirm.

Most units in this building are decently sized. But all of the units facing the park and lake are 2 bedrooms and up, pretty large and in the millions. The units you’re pointing out are indeed personal balconies off one of the bedrooms.
