I'm not very good at understanding these site plans, but giving the proximity to the subway, I hope the plan emphasizes pedestrian friendly as possible. Significant portions of site (for canadian standards) have already adopted this approach.

I think if stc can padetrnizie much the streets, it'll easily become a hub for festivals in scarbrough that will only see the area flourish further.

It's reasonably pedestrian-friendly, but i'ts not very proximal to the subway, ~1km away, these front Brimley. The walk to the subway would not be ideal.

Oh, I thought this was being built on STCs property? And yet it's that far from the subway entrance...

Looking at the masterplan, I do see now that their are plans to build near the subway but obviously that'll be done as a seperate build.

This is STC's property. It's a huge property. They also have the north side of Progress here.

Lots of separate builds, there are dozens of buildings proposed. They will rise at a pace of 1 to 4 at a time, over probably 2 decades.
