I'm not very good at understanding these site plans, but giving the proximity to the subway, I hope the plan emphasizes pedestrian friendly as possible. Significant portions of site (for canadian standards) have already adopted this approach.
I think if stc can padetrnizie much the streets, it'll easily become a hub for festivals in toronto that will only see the area flourish further.
Oh, I thought this was being built on STCs property? And yet it's that far from the subway entrance...Its reasonably pedestrian-friendly, but its not very proximal to the subway, ~1km away, these front Brimley. The walk to the subway would not be ideal.

Looking at the masterplan, I do see now that their are plans to build near the subway but obviously that'll be done as a seperate build.
I guess all that waiting for the condo market to soften actually might pay off.It's so weird looking at an Oxford thread and actually seeing work![]()
So there are legit no drawings / studies / reports publicly available for this??? WTF?
