are sales figures publicly available anywhere? Always been curious to know about some projects.
Publicly, I don't believe so. Privately, via Altus Data Studio, Urbanation, and CoStar iirc. If you can get in to TRREB, you can also access Altus Data Studio from that login in Realm.

Not really, no. They are tightly held secrets within the industry. Lots of lying and posturing comes with it too, so getting accurate figures out of a given shop is extremely difficult.

Are you old enough to remember The Star's weekend condo development guide when the Saturday print edition was fat as all-get out?

I remember they used to publish % sold in the summaries of new developments. I presume with some question as to the accuracy of said data.

I do remember that, yeah. Related, I had collected almost all of the Condo Guides from about 2005-2011 or so. Tossed them when my parents moved but damn, do I wish I had those to look back on now...

Got a mention as the largest construction start in Toronto in July with a value of $87M.

They painted the Tokyo Smoke building completely in black and branded it with "Allure" last week... for what it's worth. I had not snapped a pic unfortunately

That was the most recent movement I've seen on this site for a while. I understand sales are still going slow

Fixed that for ya.

I feel a special amount of anger about this development. Reading current news, I can't imagine this will go ahead anytime soon. Why did they kick out all those viable businesses, especially Betty's, so far in advance? What used to be one of my favourite stretches of King is now an eyesore. With all the new residents moving into surrounding buildings, we really could have used a community watering hole and some other food retail. It wouldn't surprise me to see nothing happen here for a decade.

this whole stretch of king east is decimated, with the fitzrovia lot just east of here that they also razed years in advance for no reason
