I find this underwhelming, although it does align with what the renderings had projected. Perhaps I was just previously taken by the flattering lighting that the render had shown it with.

Looks as good as I susoected it would - mid tier/blending in with its surroundings. Too bad those townhouses to the west couldn't be snatched up
