Probably. Dundas is busiest then with all the bars, restaurants etc open. Really it's the best time to show off the area. Earlier, the street can appear grim. Thankfully Abacus & Nero are merely the start of a whole bunch of Dundas West infill condo projects....stay tuned.

YES - no typo there! I've never fully understood condo sales centre hours, and on a small project like this we tend to have people stop by on the way home from work, or on their way out for a drink / dinner nearby. Seems to be a much better time than talking condos at 11am...
 
I saw hoarding already up on site this past weekend. Looks like construction is ready to go.

I'm glad they didn't water this project down. It's going to take the streetscape to a new level.
