Fast fence has been put up around the entire 99 Sudbury property yesterday.

I am not sure at all - I thought they were securing premises for demolition.

I believe the whole site is now in Metrolinx' hands as it will be the site of Liberty Village GO Station, but the station won't take every scrap of space of the land, and that there may be some Transit Oriented Development (TOD) integrated into the station. They've got next to nothing on their site about it and have made no announcement. Meanwhile, the SmartTrack website has not been updated in months. Here's the link to latest station design on that site though, from this time last year:

Yeah for sure the demolition of the old building, but rumour had Metrolinx buying the site for a 1 storey stand alone Smart Track station

Is there a possibility it is both a station and a condo on top?

So more than half a year after it was fenced off, Metrolinx has still not demolished it.
