Why does that render show a 35 floor tower? Why does it look so short compared to all the other nearby proposals? Something is off here...

And what exactly would the concern on shadowing be, that it leaves an omen on Kipling Ave?
Stephen Holyday is the biggest clown councillor, nothing like his father at all.
