Another Minor Variance here with the following stat changes:
  • Storeys increased from 18 to 19 (18 + indoor amenity in MPH)
  • Height increased from 60.5 to 64.2m
  • Total units increased from 229 to 243 (still w/ 40 ARH units)
  • Bike parking increased from 231 to 250

Minor Variances approved at CoA with conditions including $125,000 towards Ward 10 improvements.

These "minor" variances are really becoming a bane.

Let's just keep giving all these developers a nice density boost with additional height, in exchange for some quick cash, without trying to force them to include meaningful benefits within their own developments.

Sounds like a very screwed up recipe to me, but of course the city seems to think it's fantastic.
