While all permits 'new build' permits are filed, none are issued or pending.

None show activity since Feb' 25.
 

Minor Variance submitted by new proponent Woodbourne; still at 9 storeys but with some stat changes (units increased to 78). No CoA hearing scheduled yet.

Really hope to see work start on this, its too bad the vet and used car lot aren’t being swept into this for something with a little more creativity like the inclusion of townhomes along the rear laneway of this project…

And Good Neighbour and the Paint Shop. All but the dealership is heritage listed, which means they will be de-listed on January 1, 2027 under the new rules. Put it all together and now we're talkin!
 
I like this the way it is proposed mostly. Regarding the heritage structures I prefer that they can be kept mostly intact. Being an urban design/architecture/landscape design geek I prefer those heritage structures be kept mostly intact. Especially the former veterinarian house and side attached building on the west side. How that can be done is another story.
