While the Toronto condominium market is in a prolonged slump, Stafford’s choice of projects and the diversity of its business is enabling it to weather the storm and prepare to launch new multifamily and mixed-use developments.
This portion of Bathurst was closed for a brief time by police cars, I walked over but couldn't figure out what was going on. But saw from the Barton side that there's nothing left of the building now.
For the second photo, this is actually down the street at 860 Bathurst. Behind the scaffolding of what was supposed to be an interior renovation, it looks like the facade of the building is gone and it's just a brand new structure now. No idea what it will look like when it's done but perhaps not important enough to have a thread lol
Just as a curiosity, I looked up the permits here.
There are no 'build' permits applied for at this time.
This suggests the site will remain vacant for a period.
Hey, I have a fix for the RapidTO on Bathurst naysayers...... here's your off-street parking lot for 2026 that allows us to 'test' the impact of the RapidTO lanes.
Not a typical @rdaner approved 'meanwhile use' LOL...... but here.....for now....
