I rolled my eyes at "create chaos in our neighbourhoods" until I saw just how many bylaws and regulations these builders want to skirt by.
3 units entirely below grade? No parking or loading spaces for a 32 unit building? Have they forgotten that this is over half a kilometer from an on-street LRT stop? This isn't exactly Bloor Street.
