Not every new building on St Clair is a home run but, more so than on other avenues, the post "lrt" construction on St Clair has been relatively decent intensification and has fit the neighborhood avenues model fairly well - more so than what we've seen in other areas.
 
Yes, I agree. All we need now are the sites on the western fringes of Corso Italia around Caledonia intensified and we'll be golden. Too bad those projects missed the boat, but hopefully can pick up next cycle.
