Definitely not, Permit for the work at this location was accepted on Christmas Eve. (Dec 24th). Not processed yet.

So they don't have the permission to go ahead yet.

But the store is a 'go'.

So they've had the revised permits for 11 days........work should, in theory, be imminent.
