That's ghastly. It's Holiday Inn architecture writ large. The proportions, materials, and colour palette are so badly chosen. It's truly regrettable to see.

Pretty sure I seen patio furniture in some of the balconies, maybe partially occupied, not 100% sure though.

Meh, looks just as bad as everything else newly built in this city that has that style of picture frame jutouts and 50 shades of beige..

Woulda been better without the black picture frame box elements I think - I find those extremely distracting
