Thanks for that insight. My understanding through an architect who actually works on Vive stuff (not this project) is that even if you have occupancy permits, the Region is not permitting new buildings to hook up to existing services. It's that bad.From my understanding the moratorium was only implemented on buildings that didn't have a servicing agreement in place. This one already did as it cleared all SPA conditons before the Region put a stop to everything. Stephen was trying to get 332 Charles among others started this summer but they all got indefinitely paused now, he had all the permits applied for but I don't believe the servicing agreement was in place with the Region yet which meant the city couldn't issue anything so they're all stuck.
I'll post in the KW infrastructure thread about this later but there has been some behind the scenes work happening to try to rectify the water issue and they're making progress.
