Approaching from the west I was taken aback: as in, omg, I might actually like it. 
I think because the brick extends to the top and the balconies are frosted, and the brick may be slightly different, it looks crisper.

Streetcar does a good job of putting up their buildings in a timely fashion. This one went up quickly. The finishes aren't bad either.
