Happy to see this last part of West Village be developed. Rental properties fill an important part of the housing market. I owned a coach house (first house) on 1241 Parkwest Place from 1996-2003 and this vacant portion of the property sat empty for 30+ years. It was such an eyesore, apparently the original developer, Goldlist, went bankrupt. This is a great improvement for the current residents and nearby community.
