I think the bottom 2 floors are limestone. After the construction to the West & North I think they will do a proper cleaning.

It looks like precast since there are no subtle variations in colour like with real stone.

…like at Union Station. I wonder if this will settle into an equally creamy tone. The dirt won't show so much then, but, it will certainly need cleaning before then in any case.

I am evermore slightly disappointed by the choice of aluminium panels for the entrance pillars - something more luxe like stone would have been nicer.
