I'm curious what will happen to the lot across the street from the PetroCanada, that used to be an Esso/Husky but it has been dormant for ages. I believe the fencing just says "Option Construction" and has so for years.

No obvious indication of intent that I can see.

But PE may know more.

Site size ~23000ft2

More than enough to support one high rise, 2 would be a serious challenge, even w/20m separation, you'd be looking at at least one abnormally small floorplate.

Station came down around the start of COVID if I recall correctly. Nothing brewing there for now. Site is pretty close to this one in size, a little wider I think.

Been vacant for soil remediation/ground improvement. There are monitoring wells in place.
