Stat changes are as follows:
  • Total residential units increased from 613 to 615 (still contemplated as condominium tenure)
  • Height reduced slightly from the zoning by-law allowance of 173.3m to 170.22m
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 106 to 146 (including 3 PUDO spaces)
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 470 to 463
  • Unit mix redistribution and minor GFA decrease
And another note from the cover letter:
OGDC continues to work with City Staff and the local City Councillor to identify a suitable off-site parkland dedication to be conveyed to the City of Toronto, in addition to opportunities to provide affordable housing units as an in-kind community benefits package.
 

SPA resubmission with the following main changes:
  • Tenure switched from condominium to purpose-built rental
  • Total proposed residential units decreased from 615 to 594
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 146 to 136
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 463 to 426
  • Minor redistribution of unit mix, GFA
  • Height decreased slightly from 170.22 to 169.92m
  • Rafael + Bigauskas listed as Architect of Record
No new renderings.
