The database has been updated to reflect the latest submission. Changes are as follows:
  • Storey count decreased from 25 to 16-storeys
  • Total height decreased from 81.52 to 57.23m
  • Total units has increased from 347 to 356
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 174 to 163.

This has been resubmitted again addressing staff comments with mostly technical revisions.

We have revised the storey count to 17 with the inclusion of indoor amenity in the mechanical level.

On ARKFIELD's website, the 6200 Yonge Street project is listed as 'Realized.' I believe they have departed the project.
 
Can anyone with expertise justify how the City Planning department and its review partners did not deem necessary a Vibration Study for this project when it is on land that is not freestanding with adjacent commercial tenanted properties to the South?

These studies were submitted for the following applications in the same area:
All are freestanding sites.

6050 Yonge Street
6080 Yonge Street
6167 Yonge Street
6355 Yonge Street
