  • Total vehicular parking increased from 315 to 321
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 613 to 689
  • GFA increase & unit mix redistribution
  • Height increased slightly from 51.89 to 51.95m

This MV has been approved without conditions at CoA.
 

Resubmission affirming the approved variances in the Site Plan with the following additional stat changes:
  • Total units decreased from 676 to 674
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 321 to 329
  • Total bike parking decreased from 689 to 688
  • Redistribution of unit mix
  • Minor redistribution of GFA
  • Height decreased slightly from 51.95 to 50.79m
All post-demolition permits from 2022 remain active and pending.
 
How long to sell 674 units

At this moment in time? Infinity.

This is not going to market as condo in the near term.

Sorbara is the developer here and has a great deal of rental in their portfolio, it may come back in that form; or it may just be deferred indefinitely.
