New project information is updated as followed: Total unit changed from 98 units to 126 units. Overall storey count changed from 16 to 12 storey. Finally, the height changed from 54.56m to 44.50m.

I was wondering when walking by the site the other day why it was taking so long, since they closed the Beer Store way back in Feb 2020. Guess I have my answer lol.

This one does not have NOAC.............and it won't for a bit.

A new SPA resubmission occurred on Jan 24th, the docs aren't even public-facing yet.

Wow this looks awful.

Where to start...........this doesn't fit the character of the village at all.

Podium should be brick, should not have balconies, ideally wouldn't have a giant carport either, but if one were necessary, you want it on the north side.

Second, I know there's a concern w/shadowing Barbara Hall Park..... ..but that pyramid looks silly. I'll accept the argument for more than one setback here.....but six is is at least 2 too many..........

****

On the positive side - resident parking is gone. and This is purpose-built rental.

Well, it's not a grey glass/spandrel cereal box so I'll give it a pass on that alone. Honestly, I'd take a hundred of these built across the city over just one more 60+ story grey filing cabinet.
