Absolutely agree, this would be..... fine on a neighborhood street in north Etobicoke or eastern Scarborough but is laughably micro scaled for where its going to be built. Would not be shocked if these owners get bought out within ten years of occupancy and something substantial built here due to land being just too valuable for this use.
 
It is what it is . Townhouses on a busy thoroughfare. Not a high pedestrian area but good infill IMHO. Not an architectural wonder but not bad.
 
The longer this stays vacant, the longer I can maintain a glimmer of hope that someone else more competent can take this site over. 🤞
 
Site is going to be at “TEY Committee of Adjustment” this week on … uhmm… APRIL FOOL’S DAY.

…site has been an eyesore of urban blight for at least a decade, hopefully something proceeds this year.
