I can’t figure out what they’re doing on the street. Hopefully finishing up. A few more wheel barrel loads to go? I think they were saw cutting an extension ladder when I walked along the Yonge St. side. Or maybe it was their sawhorse.

What a stupid waste.

It is. I'm always sad to loose a Dickinson but H&R let this one get too far gone to make commercial sense to rehabilitate. Either it sits to rot in place or gets demo'd and here we are...

Well with the potential Blackstone/H&R Reit takeover, this is site is bound to sit empty for a long good while. Even if that doesnt go through, it's still going to sit empty for a long time with H&R's focus on exiting office and retail.

That's unless this site gets offloaded to someone with a clear vision upfront.

The whole situation here is a shameful mess.
