Park, likely. That, or it will form a part of the excess lands sale package. Metrolinx is doing a ton of total property expropriation for the LRT and only parts of these properties are actually needed, so post- LRT will have a lot of excess property to sell off.
 
What we know is that it sits directly in-line with the hydro corridor. There are lines right above it. Destined to be greenfield I'm sure.
 
Fences have been removed and new residents are moving in. (July 17, 2025)
