Weird coincidence... I'm working on a TV pilot at 777 Kipling right now, just a bit south of this property. Seems odd to demolish an existing one story building, only to replace it with another with basically the same footprint and characteristics... but yeah, I can see how the pillar layout has substantial repercussions for a distribution center.
