I want a Kingsett megathread with all of their top-tier real estate properties on Yonge and nice renderings that they will never do anything about in 100 years.

At least do maintenance on your assets while you are waiting for a real developer to come snatch it, which probably wont happen in this market.

  • Total proposed units decreased from 860 to 822
  • Total bike parking decreased from 874 to 824
  • Minor redistributions of GFA, unit mix
