I want a Kingsett megathread with all of their top-tier real estate properties on Yonge and nice renderings that they will never do anything about in 100 years.
At least do maintenance on your assets while you are waiting for a real developer to come snatch it, which probably wont happen in this market.

Ahh we can always rely on Kingsett to give Toronto some nice fantasy dream buildings that will never happen, and would only ever happen the day Toronto developers sniffed something really strong to become ambitious.
