We went from a pretty decent looking proposal to absolute dreadful nastiness.

Guess that's what happens when you downgrade from Arcadis/IBI to Kirkor.

They should take this to the garbage incinerator, it's not good at all.

Demolition appears imminent here.
Accidental capture here when I was in the area shooting the ECC and that other white thing to the south of it. I also see that the other house to the right of the Dundas Street Grille has been demolished. I'll have to pay another visit to the area.
