This was approved at March council and is now moving through the SPA process. No permits applied for yet.
This has also been re-classified as 46-storeys due to the mezzanine slab inline with the second storey (upper amenity) of the retained heritage structure.

Note that the Appeals Report still has the height at 45s.

Well, its Settled now, as of last week's Council meeting.
Oddly, there is no mention of the Office Space in the Settlement.
