I'm liking the strong but simple graphic pattern of the balcony angles. Too bad that motif isn't carried down to ground level to coordinate the whole structure and give it some panache in the public realm as well!

Pretty good, looks cohesive and I like the gold.

Excessive glazing on the first 2 storeys really diminishes the building at-grade.

Not including the recessed section at the 3rd floor there are 4 discrete architectural expressions, that seems rather excessive.

@AlexBozikovic would likely have thoughts.
