Here, using a "Most Spoken Mother Tongues" map (based on Statistic Canada 2021 Census) done by Alex McPhee featured in recent Toronto Star article,.... I've added black lines for Bathurst, Yonge, Bayview, Finch and Sheppard.

This NorthEast corner of Bathurst and Finch is actually Tagalog (Filipino!). Traditionally (say for the last 4 decades) this Bathurst corridor in NorthYork is "Russian" but it's Russian Orthodox Jew type of Russian - very ultra conservative! In the last decade or so, the Filipinos (Tagalog) has been pushing northward from Bathurst & Wilson, here at Bathurst & Finch there's lots of older low-rise apartment,... at the same time Persian from north Yonge corridor (Tahranto) have been pushing further into the Single Residential House areas east & west off Yonge.
