Property line ends at the building face. All 'landscape' as illustrated here is notional and would be handled by the City unless Lifetime has a separate agreement to continue the Wellington Promenade brick work. The vision is all laid out in the Secondary Plan from over a decade ago:Lol I like how the streetscape doesn't fit in with the new pavers on Draper Street or the pavers along the rest of Wellington on the south side.
