No new renderings are added and the only information updated is the total parking space count changed from 29 parking to 34 parking.

Is this progressing in any way? The streetscape on the south side of Wellington west of Spadina all looks fantastic except in front of this property ☹️.

Minor Variance application with the following stat changes:
  • Storey count increased from 14 to 18 (with the upper level residential suite on the mechanical level)
  • Height increased from 51 to 60m
  • Total residential units increased from 117 to 162
  • Total parking decreased from 34 to 30

Lol I like how the streetscape doesn't fit in with the new pavers on Draper Street or the pavers along the rest of Wellington on the south side.
Property line ends at the building face. All 'landscape' as illustrated here is notional and would be handled by the City unless Lifetime has a separate agreement to continue the Wellington Promenade brick work. The vision is all laid out in the Secondary Plan from over a decade ago:

 
Looks good, CoA application could mean Lifetime is moving forward here? As a rental?
